By booking a service or purchasing a package through this website, you agree to the following:

Commercial use or resale requires written permission.

Bookings & Payments

Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit (non-refundable unless otherwise agreed).

The balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule a session at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in loss of deposit.

If we (the photographer) cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Service Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe (usually 7–14 business days unless an add-on such as Next-Day Delivery is purchased).

Delivery is via an online gallery, Google Drive, or agreed method.

Printed photos and physical products may take longer depending on suppliers.

Copyright & Usage

The photographer retains full copyright of all images.

Clients receive personal usage rights to the delivered photos (e.g., sharing online, printing, personal use).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.

Full refunds will only be issued if we (the photographer) cancel and you do not wish to reschedule.

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with style or artistic choices, as the client has access to sample work before booking.

Add-ons (extra prints, express delivery, reels, etc.) are non-refundable once work has begun.
