Editing usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on the package. If you need your photos sooner, we offer next-day delivery as an add-on.


2. Do you require a deposit to book a session?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit secures your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.


3. Where do you shoot?

We are based in Pretoria, South Africa, but we’re happy to travel for location shoots. Please note: travel fees may apply depending on the location.


4. Can I bring extra people to my shoot?

Of course! Depending on your package, additional people may change the pricing. Please check your chosen package details or ask us directly.


5. What should I wear to my session?

Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Solid colors often work well, and we’re happy to give outfit guidance before your shoot.


6. Do you provide props or backdrops?

For studio shoots, we provide a simple, clean setup. If you’d like custom props, balloons, or themed décor, please bring them along or request them in advance.


7. Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your shoot without penalty. Last-minute changes may result in a rescheduling fee.


8. How do I receive my photos?

You’ll receive a digital gallery link (Google Drive or online gallery) where you can view and download your images in high quality.


9. Do you shoot videos as well?

Our main focus is photography, but we do offer short reels/highlight clips as an add-on. Please mention this when booking.


10. Do you edit all the photos?

Yes! Every photo you receive is professionally edited to ensure consistent quality and style.
